Lockheed eyes more international customers after South Korean THAAD deployment

U.S. Pacific Command announced Monday that it has deployed the “first elements” of a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense system in South Korea, a big step for both the country in its defenses against North Korea and for the builder of these systems, Bethesda-based Lockheed Martin Corp.
