Joey Chiu’s Restaurant, the 25-year-old Chinese eatery at Green Spring Station, has completed a quarter million dollar renovation in hopes of continuing to attract new customers. Mimi Yu, the Joey Chiu’s general manager, said the family-owned restaurant invested more than $226,000 in the space’s bar and dining areas.
