Thursday’s announced closure of 10 hhgregg stores in Maryland will add to an ever-increasing amount of big box vacancies. The electronic and appliance retailer has Baltimore-area locations in Towson, Bel Air, Catonsville, Arundel Mills, Annapolis and Glen Burnie. Most of the hhgregg stores in Maryland averaged 33,000 square feet, according to CoStar Group Inc.
