Towson Row's proposed $43M in subsidies draws scrutiny

The future of Towson Row was debated Tuesday as part of a developer’s request for $43 million in public subsidies for the project was aired in a three-hour meeting. The $350 million, 1.2-million square-foot project originally proposed by Caves Valley Partners has been stalled for nearly two years, prompting a takeover in May of the development by Greenberg Gibbons.
