Annapolis dominated the luxury real estate market last month. Six of the 10 most expensive homes to sell in November were all located in the state capital, including four of the top five. A five-bedroom, four-bathroom waterfront home along the Severn River was the most expensive home to change hands last month, selling for $2.7 million, according to new data released by Bright MLS.
