Baltimore chocolatier Rheb’s Candies is joining a wave of new pop-up shops opening in the Baltimore region with a temporary store in the Shops at Kenilworth. The candy shop has opened a pop-up on the mall’s lower level between South Moon Under and Italian Gardens Restaurant and will sell its truffles, fudges, jellied fruit slices and other sweets there through spring 2018.
