Patrick's of Pratt Street space to get new life as wine bar, beer garden

Lara Sumerson and Mike Cavagh — who met as bartenders at The Elephant in Mt. Vernon — decided it was time to open their own place. They were searching for a space in Baltimore when a friend brought Sumerson a listing for the former Patrick’s of Pratt Street — a bar that was considered one of the oldest Irish pubs in the nation.
