Baltimore-area home prices and sales both rose in November, as inventory levels declined for the 27th straight month. The average sales price of a home in November increased 5.8 percent over the same period a year before to $254,000. The data was part of a monthly survey on housing sales by ShowingTime based on listing activity from Bright MLS, or multiple listing service.
