Exclusive: First look inside the Bygone restaurant atop the Four Seasons in Harbor East

Alex Smith can see the National Aquarium’s dolphins from the outdoor patio of the Bygone, the swanky new restaurant and bar opening late this month atop the Four Seasons Baltimore.
