Nearly 26 million people visited Baltimore in 2016, a 2.8 percent increase over the year before that Visit Baltimore President Al Hutchinson attributes to the power of good press about the city. “I’m pleased to say the story is resonating,” Hutchinson told the audience at Visit Baltimore’s annual meeting on Tuesday at the city-owned Hilton Baltimore.
