A division of Saval Foods Corp. has leased 19,000 square feet of warehouse space in Lansdowne to open a deli meats, custom-cut steak and pre-cooked entree operation. The lease by Deli Brands of America was inked for 1705 Twin Springs Rd. in the 42,000-square-foot Beltway Business Park owned by Merritt Properties.
