A unit of defense giant Raytheon paid $54 million in cash for Baltimore cybersecurity firm RedOwn Analytics. The acquisition by Austin, Texas-based Forcepoint was announced in late August without deal points, but the purchase price was disclosed in a quarterly filing by Raytheon on Thursday.
