Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: PEI) announced Monday that it has lined up tenants for 80 percent of the space it has renovated at the Mall at Prince Georges in Hyattsville. The mall is home to an H&M that opened in 2016 and a recently opened Flight 23 by Footaction.
