Upper Cuts salon revamps in National Harbor after filing Chapter 11

A dual-branded men’s and women’s salon and grooming lounge in National Harbor is experiencing some growing pains as it tries to capture more of the Prince George’s County market.  Upper Cuts of Maryland LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection Oct. 12, listing between $1 million and $10 million in liabilities and less than $50,000 in assets.
