As organizers enter the final stretch of preparations for Saturday’s Baltimore Running Festival, they’re expecting about the same number of runners this year compared with last. Roughly 23,000 people are signed up to participate in the day’s events, which include a 5K, marathon and relay, half marathon and kids’ fun run.
