Under Armour to exit several categories; top exec takes sabbatical

Under Armour Inc. plans to exit a few of its smaller sports categories as it struggles with declining sales, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday. Categories such as tennis, outdoor gear and fishing are among those reported to be cut. The Journal also reports Under Armour co-founder and strategic adviser, Kip Fulks, will take a sabbatical from the company. Fulks, 45, was a former classmate of Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank at the University of Maryland and has played multiple roles in the company…
