Legislation to rename a portion of Wyman Park Dell in honor of Harriett Tubman is set to be introduced Monday before the City Council. The area was embroiled in controversy earlier this year after Mayor Catherine Pugh ordered the removal of a Civil War statue depicting Confederate leaders Thomas Jonathan “Stonewall” Jackson and Robert E.
