A new service from Amazon.com Inc. will use technology to allow in-home delivery and access to other guests and services. Available to Prime subscribers, Amazon Key will use an app, smart lock and camera to allow delivery of packages not just to their doorsteps, but inside their homes. The service will be available beginning Nov. 8 in 37 cities and surrounding areas across the U.S., including Baltimore.
