Gov. Larry Hogan has established a new commission to look at potential redevelopment plans for the vacant Pikesville Armory. The new commission, chaired by State Sen. Bobby Zirkin, will look at potential reuse options for the 14-acre site at 610 Reisterstown Road. Hogan signed an executive order on Monday creating the commission.
