Tuscan-style restaurant coming to Foundry Row in Owings Mills

The owners of the Chop House in Annapolis are bringing a Tuscan-style restaurant to Foundry Row in Owings Mills. Palio will join a growing number of restaurants in the $140 million project developed by Greenberg Gibbons and Vanguard. Expected to open in 2018, Palio’s menu includes pizzas made from an industrial gas fired stone oven, bolognese, carbonara and lasagna.
