Johns Hopkins named one of the most innovative universities in the world

Reuters just published a list of the 100 most innovative universities in the world, and one local school cracked the top 25. Johns Hopkins was the only Maryland school to make the list, ranking 22nd. Hopkins filed 829 patents from 2010 to 2015 — one of the main factors in Reuters’ rankings — and 30.2 percent of its patents were granted.
