I ate worm-topped crab cakes and fried crickets for lunch. Here's why.

As a lifelong Marylander, there’s no crab cake I won’t try. Today I put that to the test by eating one topped with worms. The entree was part of a pop-up “Pestaurant” hosted by Ehrlich Pest Control near the Inner Harbor to raise awareness that bugs and other insects can contribute to a healthy diet due to the high protein and calcium levels.
