It may not feel cold enough for it yet, but outdoor ice skating season is fast approaching. The Pandora Ice Rink at the Inner Harbor will return Nov. 10 as part of the Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore’s “It’s a Waterfront Life” holiday celebration. The rink, which costs $10 for adults and $9 for children, seniors and members of the military, will be open through Jan. 15. Ice skate rentals will cost $4.
