Former Glen Burnie Bancorp CEO F. William Kuethe Jr., known for his involvement in the city’s rotary club, died Sunday after a “brief illness” at age 84. Kuethe led Glen Burnie Bancorp and its subsidiary, the Bank of Glen Burnie, for 12 years from 1995 to 2007. He became vice chairman of the board of directors and has been president emeritus.
