BrainScope Co. Inc., which makes a portable device that can quickly assess traumatic brain injuries, has completed a $16 million round of equity financing featuring a new investor. The Bethesda company said Thursday that DBL Partners joined previous investors Revolution LLC, ZG Ventures and Maryland Venture Fund in the raise.
