Minibar Delivery, a mobile app and website that allows users to place alcohol orders for delivery, is expanding to Baltimore. The New York-based company is set to go live in the area starting Wednesday, allowing residents to buy beer, wine and spirits. Delivery is a $5 flat fee and is guaranteed to arrive at the customers’ home within an hour.
