Warnock Foundation gives $24,000 to support social entrepreneurs in Baltimore

The Warnock Foundation is investing $24,000 into social innovation businesses that are trying to improve circumstances for ex-offenders, families of sick children and young students in Baltimore. Local philanthropist and former mayoral candidate David Warnock is known for his support of social business initiatives in the city.
