Food truck lawsuit against city is heading to trial

An ongoing lawsuit between food truck owners and the city is heading to trial. Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Yolanda Tanner ruled Monday that the case should head to a trial, which will begin Sept. 28. The judge’s ruling comes two weeks after lawyers from both sides asked her to make an immediate ruling in the case.
