Dutch company moving its executive team to downtown Baltimore

With a boost from a $150,000 convertible city loan, an international manufacturing company is relocating its executive offices from New York to Baltimore. Constellium US Holdings II LLC will move 25 employees into offices at 300 E. Lombard St. by the end of next year, company officials said Thursday.
