Chuy’s, an Austin, Texas, Tex-Mex restaurant known for its “Austin vibe” and annual Green Chile Festival, is opening its second Maryland location in Annapolis this fall. The chain is opening at 2339 Forest Drive in Annapolis — in the Festival at Riva shopping center — according to the company and the brokers representing the retail center.
