An ongoing, bitter community dispute over a planned Royal Farms gas station in Towson took on a new twist Friday. Plans to hold negotiations between the community and developer Caves Valley Partners are to take place within 30 days. At issue is the possibility of removing the gas pumps at the development planned for York Road and Bosley Avenue. The “mediation” was announced by Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz.
