Towson fans of popular Hampden ice cream shop the Charmery won’t have to drive quite as far to get a scoop come next year. The Charmery is opening a new location in redeveloped retail building at 6807 York Road in the second quarter of 2018, owners David and Laura Alima announced Tuesday.
