Salisbury University receives $2.5 million gift for science, technology school

Salisbury University received a $2.5 million gift from the Richard A. Henson Foundation to support the School of Science and Technology named for Henson. Henson, a longtime pilot and businessman from Hagerstown, endowed the school with another multimillion-dollar donation in 1987 — it was subsequently named for him.
