Pugh asks businesses, philanthropies to combat homelessness by raising $350 million

Mayor Catherine Pugh said ending homelessness in Baltimore will cost about $350 million — and she says the city needs its nonprofits and businesses to help pay for it. The mayor laid out her plan at a news conference at City Hall on Wednesday.
