The luxury home market in the Baltimore area wasn’t as lucrative in September as it has been in past months. The 10 most expensive homes to sell last month in Greater Baltimore had an average closing price of $1.84 million, the lowest average for the top 10 homes since March, according to new data from Bright MLS.
