The continued expansion of retail on Baltimore’s Pratt Street is set to take another step Thursday. A proposal for a “bump out” build for new retail or eatery space of up to 3,875 square feet at 300 W. Pratt St. is on the agenda of the city design group. If it gets the OK, the project could add to the city’s vision of a grand boulevard filled with street-level retail and restaurants.
