Ocean City Brewing Co. co-founder Joshua Shores has been sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to a $2.5 million wire fraud charge resulting from selling counterfeit sports memorabilia. The sentencing came down April 27 in the U.S. District Court in Harrisburg, Pa. Shores, 44, pled guilty to the charge in February and negotiated a plea deal with the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
