Stadium Square has inked its first office lease, developer Caves Valley Partners said Friday. Financial services firm Janney Montgomery Scott will occupy “just under a half floor” of space at 145 W. Ostend St., according to Caves Valley Partner Arsh Mirmiran on Friday. Floors in the six-story building are about 12,000 square feet in size, according to CoStar Group Inc.
