Atapco Properties has closed on its acquisition of the Baltimore Sun headquarters along North Calvert Street, a three-building office and garage complex spanning 5.5 acres downtown. Baltimore-based Atapco has had the building under contract since late 2016. The complex encompasses over 435,000 square feet of building area and a six-story parking structure.
