The Chasseur restaurant and bar in Canton is building a third floor with an open air concept as part of an expansion that will add a raw bar and more space at the corner of Foster and Highland avenues. The restaurant, which opened in 2013, has started construction on the 1,200-square-foot addition and hopes to have it open by the end of July.
