The owners of Federal Hill’s In Bloom plan to open a sister deli next door, according to a post on the restaurant’s social media. Chef Kevin Perry and his wife, Cecilia Benalcazar, are aiming to open Blooming Deli at 1448 Light St. in about a week. The new eatery will serve sandwiches, soups, salads, smoothies, coffee and other items, with a focus on local and seasonal offerings.
