Former Bagby Restaurant Group CEO Chris Becker’s trial related to criminal charges for an alleged break-in last year was postponed because of an ongoing embezzlement investigation. Becker appeared in Baltimore County Circuit Court on Thursday to face burglary and theft charges. Judge Kathleen Cox postponed the trial until April 4 at the request of Becker’s attorney.
