McCormick & Co. Inc.’s fourth-quarter earnings rose nearly 12 percent, driven by an increase in sales from acquisitions and new products. The Sparks spice maker reported net income of $175.7 million, or $1.32 per share. That’s up from $157.4 million, or $1.24 per share, in the year-ago quarter.
