Donut Alliance will open a brick-and-mortar location in Hamilton-Lauraville this spring. Jeff Arenberg, who started the business with partner Emily Arenberg, said the vegan doughnut shop will open its doors at 4311 Harford Rd., along the Northeast Baltimore neighborhood’s main commercial stretch, in mid- to late-March.
