Tenants of downtown's Munsey Building file suit over maintenance woes

Tenants of the Munsey Building downtown have filed a class-action lawsuit against its owner and a management company, alleging that poor maintenance there has led to illness and often left units without heat or air conditioning. The former downtown office building at 7 N. Calvert St. was built in 1911 and once was the tallest building downtown.
