A Towson location of the craft beer-centric bar and restaurant chain the Brass Tap will open its doors just in time for Super Bowl Sunday. The bar will kick off business on Feb. 4 with a Super Bowl party offering an all-you-can-eat buffet and two craft beers for $20, owner Mike Kettell said.
