Chesapeake Wine Co. was sold and Arcadia Wine never got off the ground for Mitchell Pressman, so he turned to Seawall Development for one last chance to operate his own, smaller wine store. By the end of the month, Pressman and his wife Debbie Jones will open Remington Wine Co. near the Remington Row and R. House developments, leasing the former Sav-It Liquors space from Seawall.
