Towson edtech startup raising funds, plans hires in 2017

A Towson education technology startup launched it’s first web-based application this week and is raising funds with the hopes of growing in Maryland. Beth Lawrence and Deena Seifert, who are behind Communication APPtitude, had been working as speech pathologists for over 20 years when they teamed on an education app idea.
