SAT scores in Maryland fell slightly for the class of 2016. According to the Maryland State Department of Education, Maryland SAT scores dropped two points in critical reading to 490, four points in math to 490 and four points in writing to 476. Maryland student participation in taking the SAT also dropped in 2016, for the second year in a row, from nearly 50,000 students to 47,449. Centennial High School in Ellicott City ranks No. 1 for highest public high school SAT score in Greater Baltimore.…
