Sagamore Development Co. is looking to fill more than 180 positions at its soon-to-open hotel on the Fells Point Rec Pier — and it is turning to local residents to fill many of them. Sagamore, the development arm of Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank, is hosting two job fairs this week — one on Thursday and another Saturday — to fill a variety of positions, including food service, guest services, housekeeping and engineering.
